Google+ is still only invite-only, but it already has snatched up tons of users (20 million +) in its few weeks of existence; users that most likely won’t be using Facebook anymore. The introduction of this new social network means that it won’t be such an easy ride for Facebook
Microsoft took a subtle crack at Apple's highly controversial App Store rejection policies in an entertaining ad for Windows Marketplace, the App Store equivalent for Windows Mobile devices. While Apple and the App Store are never directly mentioned, it does seem to poke fun at the overwhelming number of stupid apps in the App Store.
Daring Fireball's John Gruber has posted his satirical rendition of what might go through the mind of an iPhone app reviewer at Apple, titled "Excerpts From the Diary of an App Store Reviewer". While it's good for a few laughs, it's about as funny as it is frustrating, as a lot of what we saw wasn't much different. We can only hope someone at Apple sees it and gets the idea.
