Ambiance is an ambient sound application designed to help you fall asleep, relax, or just bring you to a more comfortable state. It includes a sound store where you can download any of the over 300 sounds for free.
Simplenote is about as plain as that. You write simple notes, and they are saved automagically to the application. The outstanding function is the online synchronization which allows you to log in and input notes yourself online or simply view the notes you have.
MagicPad is a rich-text editor for the iPhone. Using this application, users can highlight text, embolden/ italicize/ underline, change the font size and even text color.
Evernote is a great application for saving audio, image or text notes. Instantly connect to the Evernote server to synchronize and view all your notes for as far back as you can look. Evernote even includes text recognition, allowing users to search for text within the images they took.
OneDisk is an application which allows you access to various WebDav services, including MoibleMe. Once you've logged into a WebDav server, the server's directory structure and files can be browsed and files can be downloaded.
1Password, like its big brother on the Mac, is an application which stores all of your usernames and passwords so you don't have to keep track of them. Additionally, 1Password can automatically fill in web login forms with one tap.
Files is a file storage application for your iPhone. You can think of it as a glorified flash drive because it lets you put just about anything you want onto your iPhone for retrieval later. The nice thing about using your iPhone for this purpose is that you can actually read quite a few of these files on the go, without a computer. There are quite a few apps of this kind on the App Store, but Files does have its share of unique features.
Air Sharing is another file storage application. Like the rest, its primary purpose is to turn your iPhone into a glorified flash drive with the added ability of checking out a majority of the files you store. However, Air Sharing comes with quite a few extras that really make it worth the extra cost.
OmniFocus was one of the few applications I was really looking forward to at the App Store's launch. Because I've already taken the plunge and decided to let OmniFocus track all of my random to-do's and projects, a companion app for my iPhone really excited me. To truly have a handle on my productivity, OmniFocus for the iPhone seemed extremely necessary.
