Walmart Posts iPhone Advertisements In Stores Ahead Of Schedule

Walmart has finally openly confirmed they will eventually be launching the iPhone 3G in their stores nationwide. Still not providing a formal announcement of any kind, stores have began displaying advertisements for the device reading "iPhone 3G: Now at Walmart" ahead of the scheduled roll-out. Image after the break.

The internal memo leaked yesterday listed December 28 as the official roll-out date for Walmart, providing the test run has gone well. These signs confirm that the launch will take place, but the date has yet to be confirmed publicly.

Leave it to Walmart to be completely retarded. Im sorry but why would you put your advertising up now that says, "iphone 3G now at Walmart" ? That is misleading to the customer. It would be better if you put a sign up that says, "iphone 3G coming soon to Walmart" Whatever works i guess. hahaha
