Steve Jobs Shows Up For Meeting At Apple HQ, Woz Says He Sounds Healthy

Italian news site setteB.IT has conformation from multiple sources that Steve Jobs made an appearance at Apple headquarters in Cupertino yesterday. Meanwhile, Apple Co-Founder Steve Wozniac says he has spoken to Steve over the phone, and he sounds healthy.

Sources within the company say Steve Jobs returned to the company briefly yesterday to attend a meeting with directors. No details about the meeting are known.

Meanwhile, at yesterday's All Things D confrence, Steve Wozniak told a reporter with the Wall Street Journal that he had spoken to Jobs over the phone and that he “doesn’t sound like he’s sick,” and didn't seem to be in a health crisis. He described him as sounding “healthy, energetic”.

YAY

The Return Of The KING!!!!

Is that Steve's car? What make/model is that?

Anyone think Apple will get more involved with cars, outside of iPod connection to the cars radio, the way MS has done with Sync and partnering with Ford?

I wonder if that "tablet" device thingy with the 10" screen would be Apples answer? Just provide a "stand" like device to safely hold it and be good to go. At least this way, when you sell your car, your not selling your "connection". When you sell your Ford, unless buying a newer Ford, you are selling your "Sync Connection".

If that is in fact Steve's car, it would be the equivalent of a Mercedes SL500 AMG. It's clearly an SL500 series, and the quad exhaust gives away the fact that it's AMG. But if you were to spend six digits on a car, why get silver?

Probably because they don't make anodized aluminum SL500s...
