Nullriver Working With Apple To Get NetShare Back
Submitted by Edward Kirk on August 5, 2008 - 2:20am.

NetShare, the app for tethering your iPhone to your laptop for use as a wireless modem, was removed yet again, but NullRiver, Inc is making progress to try and get it back up. They announced on their website that they are actively working with Apple to try and get it available to the public again.
We've finally gotten in contact with Apple. Looks like the lack of communication was due to automated e-mail systems being employed on both ends, which resulted in e-mails being lost in transit. We're working with Apple to get NetShare back up on the AppStore.

Great news! Although that doesn't really explain what the ups and downs were about. Oh well, I love NullRiver and can't wait to try this out. Are most ports open on the AT&T networks or just your typical http port?
