iPhone 4 Users Happier than Other Smart Phone Users

A new study conducted by an independent consumer research company found that out of all the smart phones, iPhone 4 users are the happiest and most satisfied with their smart phone. As an owner of an iPhone 4 and having played with an Android operating system phone, I definitely agree.

I was one of the crazies in line at 3:30 a.m. the day the iPhone 4 was released and waited more than eight hours to purchase my phone. I had an iPhone 3G to begin with but the day they announced the iPhone 4, I desperately wanted one. I followed all the information about the new iPhone that was found in a bar in California.

The company surveyed more than 1,200 people from the U.S. who had purchased a smartphone in the past six months. They found that 84 percent of people that purchased the 32GB iPhone 4 were very satisfied with their purchase and 78 percent were very satisfied with the 16GB iPhone 4.

The HTC Evo 4G came in second with 76 percent of customers very satisfied with their purchase, eight points behind the 32GB iPhone 4. The Motorola Droid 2 came in third with 74 percent of customers very satisfied with their purchase.

One-third on non-AT&T customers that bought another smartphone would have bought an iPhone 4 if it was available on their carrier.

The biggest issue with the iPhone 4 is that it drops calls if you give your phone the “death grip.” Yes, there are the problems with a low signal and dropping calls but what phone hasn’t had those problems?

The iPhone 4 is the fastest phone I’ve used and the most user friendly. It’s ready right out of the box and I’ve never had to look at a manual to figure out how to use it. The apps make the phone extremely user friendly; nothing is hidden from you. You know exactly where the settings, calendar, clock, e-mail, camera, photos, maps, calculator, phonebook and notes are.

The perks of the iPhone 4 are what makes the iPhone 4 stand above the rest. FaceTime is the best of these perks that other phones don’t offer. I have family and friends all over the country that I don’t see very often but being able to FaceTime them is one of the best things. I can still see their faces when we’re talking and it’s like we’re in the same room even though we’re miles apart.

The main thing you have to remember is it’s all about preference and what you like about the phone. Some people don’t like the full touch screen on an iPhone and want a keyboard, I love the touch screen. But I vote that iPhone is the best, especially iPhone 4!
