Invisual Is iPhone Case For The Visually Impaired

The iPhone’s brilliant screen makes it fun to look at and watch, but for those of us without eyesight, the iPhone’s apps can still offer it functionality not found in most mobiles. But how do you navigate a phone with no buttons if you can’t see? Simple. Make buttons. That’s exactly what the Invisual case from Critica does.

Invisual is an iPhone case for the visually impaired that covers the whole device in bas-relief buttons that coincide with a modified home page. Best of all, Critica says it doesn’t interfere with the capacitive touchscreen, but it requires a modified home screen and will rely on an application that they are developing for the device.

Right now it’s still a prototype, so pricing and availability information aren’t available.
