    Steps to Add your Signature on iPhone

    1. Launch Settings: Locate the Settings app on your iPhone. It is an inbuilt service on your iOS device and it has the gear logo as its icon. Tap on it to launch it.

    2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars: In the settings, you will see many settings option of your phone. Scroll down. Find the option of “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” from the list and tap on it.

    3. Go to Signature. Mail, Contacts, Calendars will take you to the multiple settings options. Scroll down. Find the “Signature” option and tap on it.

    4. Enter Your Signature: Tapping on Signature will open you a field. Enter the signature you want all your emails to have. Most people prefer their Full Name (with their professions), Address, and Contact details.

    5. Tap Mail: Once done, tap on the Mail button. It is located on the top left of your iPhone screen. Tapping on Mail will save your signature and you will be brought back to the previous menu, where you will see your new signature in front of the “Signature” option.     You can also add an HTML signature to your iPhone. You have to copy the HTML sign on your iPhone and paste it to the Signature to add an HTML sign to your iPhone. First, select an appropriate HTML sign and mail it to the Email of your iPhone. Here are the steps to show you how to do that.

    1. Launch Mail: Tap on the mail application on your iPhone. It is an inbuilt application on your device and has a mail icon as its logo.

    2. Select your mail: Locate the mail you have attached the HTML signature in. Tap on to open it.

    3. Copy the HTML sign: Once you have opened the mail, press and hold on the signature and capture the full signature. You will see an option to copy on the sign. Tap on it to copy the signature. You can close the Mail app now.

    9. Tap Mail: Once done, tap on the Mail button. It is located on the top left of your iPhone screen. Tapping on Mail will save your HTML signature and you will be brought back to the previous menu, where you will see your new HTML signature in front of the Signature option. You will see your signature present in the body section of your mailbox when you compose an email next time.
