Hardware h.264 Video Encoder - Turbo.264 by Elgato

One of the most arduous tasks iPhone owners likely face is video conversion. Most of the video content ripped from DVDs or downloaded from the internet is in a format that isn't iPhone or iPod friendly. This is because the iPhone and iPod only support MPEG4 and h.264 formats, with h.264 being arguably superior. iTunes and QuickTime make it relatively easy to convert these videos, but it takes time and renders your computer nearly inoperable until the conversion has finished. This is where Elgato's Turbo.264 comes in. This handy little gadget plugs in via USB and speeds up the conversion process while leaving your Mac's CPU available for other things.

SendStation Dock Extender - Dock Your iPhone Without Removing Its Case

The iPhone is arguably one of the most beautiful mobile phones available today and it's only natural to want to protect all that shiny goodness. Unfortunately a majority of the cases out there don't fit in the iPhone's dock, forcing you to either remove the case every time you want to charge, or neglecting the dock and merely using the cable. Thankfully the innovative folks at SendStation have come up with the Dock Extender which lets you dock your iPhone while keeping it inside of a case.

Vaja i-Volution & Top SP Holster

Have you been holding out for the perfect iPhone case? Ask any iPod aficionado what the best cases are and Vaja will likely be mentioned as one of the best. The same now holds true for iPhone cases, as well. If you're looking for a case with class and quality, a Vaja case is likely the best choice.

Leather iPhone Cases by Prima

Leather has become a very popular material for the iPhone. Why not put a classy device into a classy material? Prima, representatives for Bellagio Designs, took a stab at a few iPhone cases themselves. They currently sell a few iPhone cases, but the two I'll be focusing on are the Flip Style and Open Face cases.

LaserLine Silicone Skin

The LaserLine Silicone Skins are simple, but well designed silicone cases for the iPhone. These nice cases provide a relatively good amount of protection while not giving off a bulky feel. The thing that sets the LaserLine cases apart from others is the very large variety of colors and an optional hand strap and lanyard that are able to be attached to the case.

Sena Dockable Case for iPhone

Sena's Dockable Case for iPhone is a wonderfully crafted leather case. Its professional look and functionality make it one of the more unique cases available. Because of the cases ability to fit into the iPhone's dock, it's one of my favorites.

Revo Silicone Case From iSkin

At first glance, the iSkin Revo looks like an ordinary silicone case. It protects your iPhone from abrasions and absorbs impacts when dropped. The Revo is unique due to the extra attention to detail given. The case comes with a couple bonus items and the silicone skin is actually anti-microbial.

HipCase From Digital Lifestyle Outfitters

The DLO HipCase for iPhone is unique and functional. It combines good materials with an interesting design that keeps the iPhone at your hip. The case works well, but it has a few drawbacks.

Jam Jacket From Digital Lifestyle Outfitters

The DLO Jam Jacket is a silicone iPhone case which adds a moderate level of protection. The no-slip material is easy to hold on to and leaves all of iPhone's features constantly accessible. Jam Jacket also features unique cord management feature.

Case-Mate Signature Leather Case

The Signature Leather Case from Case-mate is a simple, sleek case that that covers most of the iPhone while still providing a lot of functionality. The simple leather design gives the case a sophisticated look, without looking overly professional. Unfortunately, the case it self in not particularly well made.
