AT&Tards Post "Getting iReady" Video, Confirm 8AM Launch Time

As if AT&T hadn't done enough to agitate everyone with their iPhone plan announcement, they've now posted a video which they call "Getting iReady". Please. The only thing I'm iReady to do after watching this thing is to iHang myself. Granted, it does have some useful info squeezed in there such as the launch time of 8AM on July 11th and how AT&T is going to wipe your voicemail as a gift for upgrading.

There are two videos, one for existing customers and another for new customers.

Check 'em out, just watch your head while you're banging it on your keyboard. Better yet, after watching the AT&T iReady video, watch Apple's iPhone 3G Guided Tour. You'll feel much better after watching Bob's awesome tour skills.

Apple Posts Guided Tour for iPhone 3G

Everyone's favorite Steve Jobs clone is back. This time, iPhone Bob calmly guides us through the wonders of the iPhone 3G. The video is approximately 40 minutes long and covers the iPhone 3G and its new features, as well as the new iPhone 2.0 software. You can watch the tour on Apple's iPhone website or download it if you so choose. Be excited, friends. I hear that new shiny goodness comes shortly after Bob shows up (wink wink). Enjoy!

Tips

After Apple introduces new products, Apple.com is traditionally updated within about 5 milliseconds of El Jobso's trademark "boom!". Of course, it was no different when the iPhone 3G was announced. However, Apple seems to have forgotten about the 6 million iPhone customers who are already out there. Where a slew of useful information once lived, an ad for the new iPhone has taken its place. I can understand pimping their new iPhone, but they've left current customers out in the cold with no way of watching those fantastic guided tours or finger tips.

Although Apple pulled the pages, we managed to track down the videos still living on their web server. We've got a full list of the famous guided tours below.
