It's ironic that you should mention an Apple product and dominant market share, but according to Nielsen, the iPhone 3G is currently the number one mobile phone in the U.S., holding a 4% market share. The iPhone 3G is followed by RIM BlackBerry 8300 Series with 3.7% and the Motorola RAZR V3 series with 2.3% of the market, while the rest of the top ten list consists mainly of LG and RIM devices, with Samsung SPH-M540 snugged into the sixth place.
