The market research firm, comScore released data today revealing the top five retail websites that were visited the past Friday proceeding Thanksgiving, officially dubbed Black Friday for multiple years now. Apple ranks as number 5.
In a report released annually by the National Retail Federation, Apple ranks 21st in a list of the top 100 retailers based on US sales. The company’s retail and iTunes sales were combined giving Apple a total of $18 billion in sales. According to the list, Apple’s sales rose 32.3%
DataViz has updated Documents To Go, their suit of office iPhone applications, to add the ability to edit and create Excel spreadsheet documents. It uses the standard .xls file format and is also compatable with Excel 2007/2008 (.xlsx) formats. It has also improved the typing speed throughout the entire suite.
DataViz has updated Documents To Go, their app for reading MS Office documents and editing MS Word documents on the iPhone, adding features for OS 3.0. Version 1.1 adds cut, copy and paste; pinch to zoom and full screen view in Word files; the ability to send files via email with clients other than Microsoft Exchange; and viewing and syncing of iWork 09 files for Mac users.
After a great deal of anticipation from consumer and business users alike, DataViz has finally released Documents To Go for the iPhone and iPod touch, adding the ability to edit Microsoft Word documents on the iPhone and iPod touch at long last, as well as the ability to view view Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and Apple iWork-created files.
