Following the redesign of the iTunes application in iOS 6, Apple appears to be doing some last-minute spring cleaning. Previously, users would have to navigate through the included iTunes app in order to browse and discover new selections. Then, that iOS device would be adorned with new video and audio podcasts in respective media apps. In iOS 6, Apple is planning to streamline the podcast experience and make it more mainstream by giving podcasts its own app.
Earlier today, Apple posted another page on iTunes with all of their highlights of the 2010 year. Since the year is coming to an end, the list has all of the best apps and such of the app store all displayed on one page. You can find the page here
The reviews are in for the iPhone 3G. The same guys who got special treatment from Apple last year once again got their paws on the latest and greatest from Apple. David Pogue of the New York Times, Ed Baig of USA Today, and Walt Mossberg of the Wall Street Journal all had a chance to play with the iPhone 3G for about two weeks.
