While You Were Commuting: Mid-Morning AppStore Update Report

While you were packing the kids in the minivan heading to another boring day of hum-drum work, Apple pushed some updates to the AppStore giving you just one more reason to cherish life. Todays updates include those that took place between 10 last night and 10 this morning. This update list is smaller than yesterdays but includes Foodle, Zeptopad, Ninja, MyTube, Ikanoid, Watch It Change, iCave, and Countdown.

While You Were Sleeping: Morning App Store Update Report

While you were sleeping Apple pushed 13 updates to the AppStore. Crack open iTunes or the AppStore on your iPhone/Touch to find that Lists, Stock Command, Lumina, De Blob, Blanks, aSleep, Molecules, Rain Stick, KickScreen, AirMe, Glasgow Coma Scale, iHourglass, and ABC Letters are all updated. iPhone 2.0.1 Update On Its Way?

Although the iPhone 2.0 update was just released Friday, Apple and AT&T are rumored to already be testing the next version of the OS. According to the Boy Genius Report, they've received several visits to their site using a yet-unreleased version of the iPhone software. Two instances, iPhone version 2.0.1, build 5B101 (iPhone) and 5B103 (iPhone 3G), have been observed. No further information can be gained from these log entries, although we're hoping that this build will bring some much needed stability to iPhone 2.0.

iPhone 2.0 (5A347) Software Now (Sort Of) Available

In anticipation of the iPhone 2.0 Software launch on Friday, Apple has added the software to its Software Update file. Although not currently available via iTunes, you can now download the iPhone 2.0 update for original iPhones directly from Apple. Once downloaded, the update can be used to update your iPhone by holding the Option (Shift on Windows) key and clicking "Update" in iTunes. Select the .ipsw file, and you're all set.
