Pretty much since the day of the launch of the iPhone 4S this past October 14th, users reported that they were having problems with the battery life of the device. Rather than posing as an improvement to last year’s iteration of the iPhone, the 4S could barely make it through

Basic Tutorial: Playing Personal Music in Any Application

Without the multitasking feature available thanks to the [almost outdated] iOS 4, the above title wouldn’t be as easy to make happen. Currently, many applications will stop your music that’s playing in the background due to their SFX and BGM starting to play when the app is opened; I’ll let

Redsn0w 0.9b3 Adds Support For OS 3.1.2

The iPhone Dev Team has released the Redsn0w beta version 0.9b3. The update is able to jailbreak OS version 3.1.2, but unfortunately still won't jailbreak the third gen iPod touch. Newer iPhones with the new bootrom (iPhones purchased after the 40th week of last year) will still have to be tethered to a computer running redsn0w in order to be jailbroken, as well as every time you want to reboot. It's pretty inconvenient if you just want to jailbreak for the sake of jailbreaking, given that Blackra1n doesn't have those limitations.
