The blazing-fast new chip was unveiled earlier today by CEO Jen-Hsun Huang at a press conference in Las Vegas, and boasts power and speed that leaves the iPhone 3GS in the dust.
Doug Freedman, an analyst with AmTech that tracks Nvidia, says he thinks the next iPhone might run on an Nvidia chip. He believes that the company is currently readying their Tegra chip for use in smartphones with operating systems other than Windows Mobile, such as the Blackberry or iPhone.
