Apple's newest device has received universal praise from the iOS community as a whole. All across the board, it's known as a revolutionary tablet with the much-anticipated features it boasts over its predecessor, the iPad 2. With the success the Cupertino-based company have seen in the initial months of sale for the device, they've released the tablet in an additional nine more countries.
The folks behind GrooveMaker [App Store, $9.99] and FourTrack [App Store, $9.99] have just announced that they're sponsoring the first ever (at least according to them) live iPhone DJ battle. During the battle, DJs will be using the various flavors of GrooveMaker to produce the set as well as FourTrack to record it. After the battle, three full-featured hour-long sets from Chris Domingo, Scratch-D of Dynamix II, and DJ Speechless will follow.
The event is taking place at Revolution LIVE Nightclub Voodoo Lounge in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on November 20th. If you go, be sure to shoot some video!

To enter the "Mobile Groove Video Contest," all you have to do is create some awesome music using one of these apps and post a video of it to YouTube (several rules apply). Three grand prize winners will receive a Stanton SCS3 touch sensitive DJ control system, a buttload of DJ software, a pair of DJ-quality headphones, and much, much more.
