However patriotic these pictures may be, whether they're sporting a red, white and blue color scheme or not, it's likely that the simple act of posting a ballot picture could result in a misdemeanor in your state of residence.

FOX News technology personality Clayton Morris claims to have word from reliable sources from within Apple that claim the media event next week will "likely" contain announcements of the rumored tablet, "iPhone 4", and iLife 2010. Unfortunately, he says new iPhone hardware won't be part of the announcements. The news follows a previous rumor that Apple has been working on a multitouch version of iWork, as well.
