Is Your iPhone Passcode the Most Popular?
Many iPhone users take advantage of the passcode feature. Maybe you want to help prevent theft. Perhaps you want to keep your information private. Or, you are trying to prevent your children from barging into your iPhone. Nevertheless, if you use a passcode, ask yourself this question: Is my iPhone passcode the most popular?
iPhone users in general are tech savy hipsters who live to the beat of a different drum, right? Not in this case. It seems as if passcode users lack imagination when it comes to creating their code. New research indicates that the most common passcode is 1-2-3-4 with 0-0-0-0, 1-1-1-1, 5-5-5-5 and 2-5-8-0 being the next few on the list.
The research was conducted by iPhone app developer Daniel Amitay, and he says that there are 10,000 different number combinations to choose from yet 15 percent of users choose one of ten passcodes.
So the big question is…..What’s your passcode?
