Thanks for joining us. We will be streaming audio from this year's WWDC keynote for all of you. The keynote will begin at 10AM Pacific, 12PM Central on Monday the 11th. The audio stream will start very shortly before the keynote does, so sit tight in the meantime. Get here early to ensure you have a spot on the server!
As this is slightly experimental, we may experience some technical difficulties. If the feed should go down, I recommend jumping over to Mac Rumors Live which is hosting live coverage via text updates.
Enjoy the show!

They're also doing a Twitter broadcast at http://twitter.com/sitening
I'm hoping to do the audio stream, but if all else fails, then I'll do the above options.
Keynote stream needs a distributed app

is everything going ok?

If it really doesn't connect, try using a different web browser, ie, firefox, etc. If that doesn't work, try clearing cache and cookies (in safari resetting might help too). Other than that, I'm afraid there's not much else to do. As we said, this whole endeavor is questionable, as the technology is not the greatest.
Good luck everybody, and cross your fingers
Thank you
Well done!
The only suggestion that I would make for another attempt at these keynotes would be to get some sort of directional microphone to avoid the applause drowning out the speakers.
Awesome
what were the bands/songs playing in the audio stream right after the keynote?
Curios.
Thanks

Possible security problem
At around 17:00 San Fran time I realised that my computer was making a noise. It turns out I was still connected to the live audio feed from the Apple WWDC which took place earlier... Anyway, I heard someone logging into talkshoe. The phone tones were clearly audible for both the UserID and the passkey.
I'm leaving this post because it's not the kind of info I'd like other people to have access to if it were me, so I recommend changing your paskey as soon as possible. Phone tones can easily be recognised.
Anyway, just thought I'd fire this off in case you didn't realise that the tones had gone out.
Stay safe,
