WinPwn Officially Released

If you're a windows user and you regularly hack your iPhone, then we have some good news. The first official version of WinPwn, the iPhone jailbreaking tool for Windows users, has just been released and is ready for download by the masses. As usual, the software is completely free, but donations are greatly appreciated.

New features include:

  • Completely rewritten installer app that adds support for nearly every package (Including Cydia)
  • You are now able to remove items from installer
  • Change logos without restoring. This was requested by a LOT of people
  • Various Bug fixes & features

The new version can be downloaded either from Rapidshare or a local mirror.

I downloaded it and installed it, but still not really sure what it does? Does it only Jailbreak the phone? I have a 3G iphone, and it is jailbroken already! Is this finally the program that lets us install "installer.app" on our phones...for WINDOWS?

3G iPhone

Hi,
I got the 16GB 3g iPhone as well and I have put the custom 2.0 firmware on it successfully but can I get installer on it cydia is rubbish no themes no shit and everything doesn't work on it. How can i get themes or installer.
Is it possible to get it I have it on my 2g and it was great just want it on 3g any chance?
