Photos Of Tablet Glass Leaked?
We’ve heard rumor after rumor after rumor about the heavily-rumored-and-probably-intentionally-leaked-by-Apple Apple tablet, but now we may finally have something besides word of mouth from a guy who knows some other guy to chew on. A source has leaked what they claim are photos of the glass panel for the touchscreen of the tablet. If legit, they answer a lot of nagging questions and confirm several of the rumors floating around.
The first round of photos were published on January 11th. Obviously, the first thing that strikes us is that… well, it looks almost exactly like the same component in the iPhone, except gigantic instead of pocket-sized. That fits pretty nicely with what we’ve heard about the tablet being a big iPod touch. A second round of photographs show the same glass component sitting on top of a Macbook Pro, showing you just how large it really is. That screen looks like 10″ to us.
