Hints found in the new iPhone firmware beta made available to developers last week show signs of Apple gearing up for more international iPhone launches. Files found in the firmware showed support for previously unsupported languages, including Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Polish, Korean and Portuguese (Brazil). This is in addition to the English, French, German, Italian, and Russian already available on current makes of the device.
Oddly enough, there were no new carrier files to coincide with these countries, which would have served as a sign that Apple might have been getting ready for a launch soon. However, it does show that Apple is thinking ahead to where they eventually will launch them in those countries.
