Moscone Booked for Unknown Apple “Corporate Event” in June

While it isn’t shocking that Apple might hold its Worldwide Developers Conference at Moscone Center in San Francisco yet again, the company has booked Moscone West from June 28th to July 2nd for a “Corporate Event,” which has signified upcoming Apple events in the past. If you’ll recall, the original iPhone was released in June of 2007, followed by the iPhone 3G at WWDC 2008 and the iPhone 3GS at WWDC 2009.
In short, the smart money’s on another refresh this year. Additional rumors have mentioned the iPhone coming to Verizon, so there’s tons of chatter in the air, though an iPhone SDK event in March on Apple’s campus could be possible if Steve holds to his usual pattern.
