Loser Trying To Sell iPhone Dev Team Software (Again)

"Jody Sanders", the fool caught trying to pass the Dev Team's work off as his own and sell copies of it for his own profit, is at it again. He is now offering copies of an edited version of QuickPwn for sale at £19.99 per copy, and promises to have Yellowsn0w as well. Needless to say, the Dev Team does not approve.

Jody's site reads:

“We can now fully unlock the iPhone 3G for use on any GSM network for just £19.99 DIY (£49.99 in-store at either London or Birmingham) - just in time for the release of the iPhone 3G PAYG in the UK (available from Carphone Warehouse and o2).”

The team is now asking citizens to offer any information they might have about "Jody Sanders's" real identity. They are also asking for anyone with some legal background for advice on how best they should deal with the issue.

I think you missed the point mate...this idiot is selling something that the devs made and distribute FOR FREE. This idiot, is making money, off the backs, of the devs. Your point makes zero sense sir, you fail.

People selling apps or people that steal other peoples apps and claim they are their own? I'm not sure what you are getting at. Selling their own apps=GOOD stealing apps and selling them as your own=BAD. Is it that hard to understand?

If this guy sells it - and people are ill-informed enough to buy it when they can get it for free, then more power to him. PT Barnum said it best - and if these suckers allow themselves to be suckered - then have at it. Frankly, if you're able to find this guy's "for sale" sign, then you should have stumbled across the free stuff long before it.

I want to know every person who bought the software. There may be a future Republican presidential candidate in the bunch.

Praise iPhone.

P.S. Steve Jobs hasn't shown his face for weeks. He's checking out, people.

Fundamentally I agree. I still can't justify this guy stealing the hard work of others and taking credit (and money) for it. The masses are asses but this guy is a loser. I feel the same way for the people selling the "Get Rich with eBay" software. There is nothing there that isn't already available free from eBay themselves. If you are stupid enough to pay money for something that is free then you deserve what you get. If you sell something that is free you are a loser...

BTW, Steve Jobs states he has a hormonal disorder. That is why he has been absent. Not sure if he is checking out but he is looking at the brochures.

A personal letter from Jobs is a good start, but it stinks of steal curtain tactics:

"Premier so-and-so is fine. He is socializing with young women and killing bears with bare hands. Go back to work, comrades. Nothing to see here." And then, one month later - they say he died five months ago.

Remember when Apple said it was all a cold or flu like bug? Now he is saying he had no idea until a few weeks ago why it was happening. They were lying then, aren't they lying now? Aren't they in fact, habitual liars?

99% of the people here fail to understand that the world of Yellowsn0w doesn't start and end with them. Ok, I admit, you can't expect more from an average Joe. However, you can try to educate. So, here it is. No one cares if YOU think someone is a fool for not finding ALL the Internets information and stumbles upon a scam website, ending up paying. What everyone DOES (should) care about is - what would you think if YOUR work was stolen and used to shill people, even if you decided you were to give it away for free? You don't care? Well, then you're an idiot, as simple as that.
