iPod-Compatible Files On Fox DVDs Confirmed?

We've heard some talk of Apple negotiating with Fox over movie rentals in the iTunes store, as well as mention of iPod-compatable movie files being included on DVDs. A tipster claims that he has gotten ahold of one of these DVDs ahead of time, and the rumors are true.
A tipster by the name Stewart claimed to have gotten his hands on a DVD of Family Guy ahead of it's scheduled January 15th release date, and it included a version for iPod called "Fox Digital Copy file" on the disk. It also said it "requires iTunes version 7.6." The latest version of iTunes to be released is 7.5.
