iPhone 2.0.1 Update On Its Way?

Although the iPhone 2.0 update was just released Friday, Apple and AT&T are rumored to already be testing the next version of the OS. According to the Boy Genius Report, they've received several visits to their site using a yet-unreleased version of the iPhone software. Two instances, iPhone version 2.0.1, build 5B101 (iPhone) and 5B103 (iPhone 3G), have been observed. No further information can be gained from these log entries, although we're hoping that this build will bring some much needed stability to iPhone 2.0.

Ya, I have a feeling this will be coming soon. Fix the yellow screens, improve stability and applications crashing. Maybe add FLASH!!!!

I doubt Flash will be added this soon, although it'd be cool, I'd admit.

Relatively normal I'd say to work out the bugs though.

Bluetooth

This better fix the Bluetooth issues they are having. I have to sit my Apple ear piece on the iPhone then press the on button for the iPhone to find it. Some 3rd party stuff does not work at all.

I give them a lot of credit for their continuous updates. My original, 1st-gen Samsung Blackjack only ever got 1 update (from WM5 to WM6) and waiting for it was like pulling teeth. It was released 7 months behind schedule. Furthermore, now that there is a new generation of Blackjack, it's not like Samsung and ATT are ever going to release any further OS updates for it. I'll be glad to move to the iPhone, where Apple presumably will always support their products.
