DLO Introduces Portable iPhone Speaker System
Today Digital Lifestyle Outfitters (DLO) introduced their Portable Speakers for iPhone, a stereo speaker system designed to work specifically with the iPhone. The system’s most attractive feature is their shielding against TDMA interference produced by the iPhone and other GSM mobile phones. This means the speakers can be operated with an iPhone without needing to activate Airplane Mode.
Simply working with the iPhone is only part of the story. The DLO Portable Speakers for iPhone are, as the name implies, completely portable. Powered by the included AC adapter or AAA batteries, the speakers can be folded into a ball 6 inches in diameter. The speakers receive audio through the iPhone’s headset jack using a standard 3.5mm plug which means it will also work with any device that has a headphone adapter.
