Concept: Mini-Projector For Your iPhone

in

Honlai Technology Inc., has an interesting concept device on display at Computex Taipei 2008, and information technology show. It's the QingBar MP101, and it's a portable projector for the iPhone and iPod. The device plugs into the iPod or iPhone's docking port to let you project an image or video clip onto a wall. Images after the break.

What do you think? Cool or not cool? Would you get one?

Sure

I'd get it, if the price is right. I like the small form factor, along with the "works directly with" iphone deal. Question is: Can it work with an iPod Touch?

That is SO sexy and actually incredibly useful if the image quality and brightness are good.

Nah I wouldn't.

But I'd buy a Microvision one as soon as they are for sale www.microvision.com. Much smaller.

Great idea

This would be awesome for camping trips...just hang up a sheet and watch a movie. I could also see it having some great business applications too.

looks cool

Depends on the price... i was just thinking that i miss being able to watch my videos on my tv... or something bigger then the iphone screen.

You could always get the iPhone to TV cable off the Apple Store

It won't get cheaper than that. The cable needs a special chip in it to work so you can only get it from Apple and it will always be crazy expensive.
