Carphone Warehouse Leaks Details Of UK iPhone 3G Launch

A reader of the computer technology website PC Advisor is claiming to have information on the plans for the new iPhone's launch at Carphone Warehouse in the UK. He claims that a staff member at his local store revealed times and dates for the launch on his computer.

The staff member revealed that Carphone Warehouse and O2 stores will both be opening at 7:02AM on July 11. he also stated that on monday, July 7th, customers will have the ability to pre-order iPhones, and furthermore, will be able to collect it in-store, as well as a "Welcome Pack" and a "VIP ticket" (it's assumed that this is to allow the person to skip to the front of the line on the 11th).
