Apple’s WWDC 2012 Keynote to Take Place June 11 at 10 AM PST

As anticipated, Apple today announced that its Worldwide Developer Conference 2012 keynote will be held on June 11th at 10 AM Pacific Standard Time.

The Loop was also one to report that the Cupertino-based company is beginning to send out invitations to the media for blogging, etc. of the event.

Apple has not mentioned who will be speaking at the keynote, but we expect it to be CEO Tim Cook. The company promised the “future of iOS” as the tagline for the event – it’s widely expected that Apple will introduce/tease the next iteration of its popular operating system, iOS 6.

The official WWDC 2012 app was also released today for free (link). Universal, it gives attendees all of the information that they would need to know including the Conference schedule, planning of their week and also keep tabs on the news from the Conference.
