Apple To Start Manufacture Of High-End 32GB iPhone, Low-End 16GB Model?

According to a research report from Lazard Capital Markets released earlier today, Apple is likely to begin manufacturing of both a high-end 32GB iPhone and low-end 16GB model. It is expected that the 16GB will be available only in emerging markets like Brazil, Russia, India, and China, while the high-end version will be focused to North America and Europe.
The new high-end model will add improvements to the camera, while the low-end model that somehow relies on 3G, both being released in June of this year.
While it wasn't technologically possible when the iPhone 3G first shipped, the density of flash memory is set to greatly improve with the release of several chips this year, resulting in chips small enough to fit 32GB into the iPhone's compact frame. However, reports such as this one have a track record of being unreliable in the past.
