Apple Sends Out Customer Satisfaction Survey

In an attempt to better understand customers' feelings toward the iPhone 3G and the experience that goes with it, Apple has begun sending out customer-satisfaction surveys through the feedback agent Medallia. The survey asks questions like if you've ever had your iPhone replaced, if it's your first Apple product, and if you're a Mac or PC user.

can someone post a direct link to the survey so we can spam it with info?

It is likely (though not verified) that the link is a one use only link for each recipient. At least that's how a reputable survey would be conducted to avoid the spamming that you are advocating (for what reason?).

Apple 3G survey

By doing this, it appears that Apple does not value the feedback of original iPhone owners, nor what we think about the OS updates, problems with the App Store (DRM), etc...

so...

Too bad this guy can't think of a better way to vent, than to waste bandwidth and the Oxygen he breathes

what about...

What about the original iPhone owner? I'm now on my FOURTH since last July. Once a battery issue where I couldn't hold a charge and twice my screen had an entire dead strip of the screen where it wouldn't respond to touch. Not to mention the pitiful service which keeps me from being able to even make a call inside my Brooklyn, NY apartment. In one of the biggest AT&T markets in the world I shouldn't have to step outside to make a call .. it's not 1995.

If an all-encompassing or original iPhone survey is released I hope I will be one of the first to know.

Really!!

this is a forum where you talk about "all things iphone". and i happen to agree with madscientest that the iphone sucks and most apps are garbage. if you consider this a waste of bandwith and oxygen then why do you post?

next time think before you post you hypocritical inconsiderate d1ck!
