Apple Allows Porn App Into App Store

Apple has said that they won't allow any pornography applications into the App Store, but their ability to catch it seems to be questionable. One app has been found that slipped past their radar, and it's by far the most explicit app yet. Called theXchange, the app is intended to put people in contact with each other to have sex, and has imagery that is about as explicit as it gets. (Censored images after the break.)
The question here is how this managed to get past Apple in the first place. Is Apple approving them knowing what they contain, or did they not realize what it was for? Either way, the fact that this was found available in the App Store doesn't make them look good.
What's even more incredible is the fact that the app was rated for just ages 12 and over.

To call the app "porn" is stretching it, I think. It's the users who are turning it into an adult app. Kind of like downloading erotic stories onto a book reader.
But yeah, they should have rated it 18+ for sure.
Been using the app for like a week and 1/2 and the day it pops up on Gizmodo, it gets removed from the store. Now it's gonna die down and the app was fun.
