App Store Sales: Mandarin Phrasebook, Plum Caddy, oneSec, Tic Tac Toe Plus, Top SuDoKu

Developers are continuing to offer apps at limited-time discounts or giving them away for free to boost their numbers. Arnold Kim, founder of MacRumors, created a great new way of looking for iPhone apps online called AppShopper.com, which was used to compile this list. Today's list includes Lonely Planet's Mandarin Phrasebook, Plum Caddy Golf Mapping and Scoring, Custom Hypnosis, oneSec, Lighter, iChillout, Tic Tac Toe Plus, and Top SuDoKu.

iChillOut is not free at the moment. It was earlier today though.

Lighter - $0.99 -> Free
"24 free promotion!"
Lighter is no longer free. 24 hour promotion is up apparently.

For apps that are not free I would prefer a trial version which allows 15 days of use. That way the customer can decide if the app is truly worth the money the developer is asking for it.
