Walt Mossberg Says iPhone To Get 3G In 60 Days

We've heard rumor after rumor, but now it looks like we finally have a launch date for the 3G iPhone. While speaking on the subject of internet video content and it's possibilities as a new viable format for mass media, Walt Mossberg went on record as saying the 3G iPhone will be released "in 60 days." It's not yet known if he actually has one or not, but he does get to test new products far in advance, so chances are good that he's right. Check out the video of him saying it after the break.

Well folks, mark your calendars for somewhere around June 4th. Walt Mossberg is easily the most reputable source yet to comment on a 3G iPhone release date.

I think he's comfortable saying "within next 60 days" because it will be sooner. He's just sorta stole Apple's thunder.

smart guy, hes so true, watch what he has to say... thats funny how he slips it in too, just starts talking about it and o btw itll be in 60 and just continues
