New 3gs in recovery mode after turned off.

I have problem of unlock 3gs new from the Apple store 3.1.2 firmware. Everything seem working fine Jailbreak/unlock by Blackra1n and Blacksn0w. But then turned the Iphone off then it will end up in the recovery mode. This is happened to 2 new phones. I have unlocked an older 3gs 3.1.2 it works fine. Any help????

if u enter i phone wont turn on this website gives great advice on how to deal with it , something to the extent of holding down ur home key and then inserting the cable from computer but has to have itunes on computer of course , but very helpful mines did the exact same thing
