iphone 3gs stuck on "lets get started"

Ok, new iphone 3gs, I opened up itunes yesterday went through the welcome to your new phone, lets get started, named the phone etc etc, synced it etc then disconnected. Reconnected it later on didnt pay much attention to the fact that it re-synced until today i noticed the music i had put on a heap of other stuff was gone. everytime i plug in it shows the same screen. i registered via the apple website because i couldnt do it through itunes.

I dont want to have to re add on everything and resync everytime i plug in! has anyone got any solutions to get past this screen??

help!

Sounds like you're syncing your phone to multiple computers?

Hey - No just the one computer, its just doing the same thing it did the first time i plugged it in.....
