iphone echo - October 26th, 2009, 10:29 PM #1 |

I have an unlocked 2G which I am using with t-mobile. When using the speaker phone, the receiving party hears an echo of their words. Any ideas ??

Nothing specific in the hardware can cause this, in general echo on speaker phones is caused by the place you're in, was this in a car or small room? Also if you are both on speaker phone that can cause a similar "delayed echo" problem. If the issue pesists I would assume your mic is simply damaged but try eliminating the other options first.
