iphone won't stop vibrating

About 3 hours ago my phone started vibrating like I was receiving a phone call, I went to answer the call and it was a blank screen. Its frozen as a blank screen and is STILL vibrating like I am receiving a call. I tried pushing every button on it, tried plugging it into a charger, and tried plugging it into my computer. Nothing is working, any ideas?

Hold the home and sleep wake button until the phone turns off.
