The SIM card inserted in this iPhone not Supported while Sync

The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported" error when you try to sync with iTunes!!

I have:
iPhone 3G
Version: 3.0
Firmware: 04.26.08
Unlocked
Jailbroken
Carrier: T-Mobile

I have been using my phone for the last 3 weeks and I have been syncing songs, photos, and apps without any issue. Yesterday i connected my iphone to my computer (Windows Xp Pro) and i got the message "The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported".

My iPhone still works great, as well as my apps but the only thing I cannot do is sync with iTunes anymore.

I have googled this issue and I dont get any straight answer.
PS. Airplane mode "trick" doesnt work

Please Help.

re-jailbreak your iPhone.
