Help moving icons

aight so i got 4 folders on my iphone SB. they are labeled, multimedia, main, random crap, tools, and i have another folder on my dock labeled Games, with five dock or w/e i got 5 icons on my dock. what i want to do is move the 4 icons from the top of the screen to the bottom. every time i use apple bullcrap icon mover, they just go right back at the top. i want my 4 icons on the bottom near the dock, i will post a pic of it in a couple mins to help u guys understand

Can't be done without hacks. AFAIK, once you try moving them again, they'll jump right back.

yeah if you havent noticed, my iphone is already jailbroken xP

basically i want to know which hack in particular that will enable me to do this

I'm not sure but I don't believe this is possible in any way

You'd have to use something besides the standard SpringBoard. It's simply not written to align bottom.
