Sync'ing music

Is it possible to transfer music from the iphone to a new pc? All of my music was uploaded from a different pc; if I sync with a new pc Im going to lose my music, right?

i believe there are some programs which can transfer iPod's music to new PC,you can google it using keywords like ipod copy or ipod to computer and etc.
