I have done the update and am running 7.4.1 but "Ringtones" isn't appearing in my Library list.
It has worked on all my other computers but no matter how many restarts I perform, it just doesn't show up.
Any suggestions?

I had the same problem - I'm not sure anymore how I got it to show up :-(
try to check off all the lists in Preferences->General, then quit iTunes. Start it up again and check the lists on (there should be Ringtones in there now as well)
Please submit a post with your results.

this happened for me too but once i plugged my iphone in it all popped up. right now i can't make a ringtone but i am guessing that i have to have the phone plugged in again to do that. i will have to test that and find out.

No. I did the check off/restart/check on and it's not happening. I plugged my iPhone in a few times and no luck. Is anyone else having this problem?

Wait, do you mean that you have the Ringtone column, yet the lettle bell isn't showing up next to the name? If you are than yes, I am having the same problem. I bough a song that had a bell yet when it's in my library, I don't see a bell. I can make a ringtone by right-clicking (control-click) and click on Create Ringtone. But I really wish I can see the bell icon next to the song.

Make sure you have the option turned on. Go to iTunes preferences>General and check the box next to "Ringtones".
If you don't see that, try syncing your iPhone, and check again

there is a easy answer to this , its because you have no ringtones on itunes , in your documents on your mac or pc find the ringtone and drag on itunes where it ses library , ur ringtone folder will pop up :)
