While we still have no idea when the iPhone will be coming out, it seems that Apple employees are out in full force testing the device to make sure it will work perfectly when we do finally see it hit stores. For this reason, we were not surprised that a fellow iPhone fanatic from GeekNUZ spotted one of Apple's testers with an iPhone at a local restaurant in Silicon Valley. According to GeekNUZ, the man holding the iPhone was taking pictures of his dining companion and talking it up about the phone's features. He confirmed that he did, in fact, work for Apple and when asked about 3rd party applications, he responded "yea, as far as I know they're not allowing that yet."

Personally, I believe the man in the picture does have an iPhone, but what do you guys think?

That guy either looks like he's angry or in deep thought.

We know that there are testers out there, and that there have been pictures of food items on the internet. Restaurants seem to be a popular place to be seen with an iPhone. I'd wager that it's authentic.
