Changing(creating) icons with winterboard?

I've uploaded the "Glass Blue" theme through Winterboard. 90% of the icons changed with it. Some did not.

Can I use the "blank" template in the theme folder to create icons to match?

If so, how do I do this?

Once I have the new icons made, where do I put them? Into the icons folder within the Glass Blue theme folder I assume.
