It's no longer possible to reveal hidden apps by hacking DisplayOrder.plist. Hidding is now controlled by the SBAppTags key in info.plist of the hidden app.
To show FieldTest on SpringBoard per example, I insert the FieldTest icon into Fieldtest.app and delete SBAppTags key of its info.plist.
