I have created a 60x60 PNG in PS and named it _org_icon.png. I am trying to replace the current icon via our friend iFuntastic but the rounded edges aren't showing with the transparency I have in PS. Instead it is giving me an annoying white border.

Any suggestions? Please help!

I would try going about it the other way around.

Remove the _org_icon.png and replace icon.png. When ifuntastic refreshes the app list, it recreates the _org_icon.png from the icon.png if there isn't one.

That help/make sense?

Yeah, that makes sense but didn't seem to work. Hmm...

Maybe I'll just make a square icon instead of getting fancy with the rounded edges.

Are you using layers? Is the bottom layer transparent? Ideally you want to "merge visible" not "flatten image" if that is what you are doing. If you flatten the bottom layer may become white, if you merge it will preserve transparency.

And I can find a PS template if you want it for making icons.

I am using layers and have a transparent on the bottom. I merged visible and still now luck. So...I just made the corners black and put it on a black background. Works OK.
