these are good, there instructions anywhere on how to make them? if its a long process then i dont want to trouble you with explanations :)

Use iFunastic to add them, or any other of the many ways currently available to add stuff.

I used Erica Sanduns url template which you can get here (http://iphone.natetrue.com/OpenURL). Just go into the info.plist and change settings accordingly. Then make your own icon, and if you wish, your own default background for when the page opens.
