Installing apps form pc

I downloaded some apps from a few sites and have them on my PC.
Can I or how can I install to my iPhone?

first off are they cracked apps or legit apps.. ?
if cracked you need to do this
eq: Itunes 7.7
Firmware 2.0
Jailbroken ipod/iphone (see bottom for details)
An SSH program such as CuteFTP or putty (google them)
SSH downloaded through Cydia

1) SSH into your device and navigate to /System/Library/PrivateFrameWorks/MobileInstallation.framework
2) Find the file MobileInstallation and rename it to MobileInstallation.bak
3) Copy over the MobileInstallation from this folder into the same folder on your device
4) change the permissions on the new file to 775 NOT 755 755 = BAD
5) REBOOT your device
7) double click on the file that contains the app you want on your computer and itunes should pop open
plug in your device and the app should start loading on

if legit just click on it with i tunes closed than plug in iphone and press sync

dont worry its not hard to do

My firm ware is 1.1.4
I tried up grading to 2.0 and iPhone froze up.
Downgraded back to 1.1.4, now just trying to install and rearrange my iPhone the way it was before.
There were icons, games, programs etc....now gone.

Maybe I'll wait until there is a fool proof method to upgrade.

no relax dude we can fix this easy
go to itunes
update your iphone in itunes to 2.0.2

first go here

get which firmware you are 2g or 3g

than get quickpwn from the same site and run it folow instructions
and in no time you will be running latest firmware with a jaelbroken iphone
so you can install all stuff i have like crash and other fun things
download it save it to desktop
get the quickpwn program from the same site
run it follow instructions

i did these steps, and when i open a cracked app on my iphone it says " the application xyz cannot be opened "

so what can i do to solve this problem

Note: i didn't istall any free applications from apps tore before because my country is not supported
